The TCS referral program allows you to earn referral commissions by simply recommending our site or linking to it. The current commission is 5% (excluding VAT and Shipping), this includes all items purchased directly through the site and also any sales resulting from quote requests submitted on the site. The commission is paid on everything from phone batteries to phone screens up to expensive MacBook repairs and even gaming and custom PC sales which often run north of £1000.
Who can refer customers and how ?
Anyone can qualify to refer customers to us some normal scenarios include :
- Casual Referrers – If you are a satisfied customer you can sign up as a referrer with a simple form, it’s free, if you know someone in need of our services you can simply give or email your referral link to them to use.
- Local Businesses – If you have a local business and come into contact with people who may require our services you could add a link to us on your website with your referral link, we also provide a QR code for your referral link which can be printed and handed out or put on a notice board, a handy resource if you have a business dealing with tourists and visitors but can be used in any field.
- Related Industries – If you work in a related industry, such as phone / computer sales or training but don’t provide repair services you can of course recommend us to your customers to boost your income.
- National Referrals and Affiliate Professionals – We offer a UK wide mail in service for most repairs and due to our location at a better rate than most areas, you do not need to be based in Cornwall to send us referrals, we accept referrals from anywhere in the UK (but only inside the UK)
How do commissions work ?
A commission of 5% is paid on all sales via the website made by someone visiting with your referral link, this includes both direct sales and sales that result from a quote enquiry via the website. Commissions show as pending in your account as soon as the customer makes the purchase, it remains pending for 21 days (due to distance selling regulations and potential returns), after 21 days the commissions can be withdrawn from your account by PayPal or bank transfer. Commissions are not paid on VAT or shipping.
How does it work ?
It’s a very simple process, firstly you’ll need to register as an affiliate, once you are registered you will be able to view the account page, here the main page gives you a snapshot of visits and commissions earned, the second page, Affiliate Links, is where you can copy your unique referral link to send out or link to on websites, in here you can also view and print your unique QR code.
What can’t you do ?
It should go without saying but we’ll say it anyway, you must not use spam, cookie stuffing, fraudulent or misleading advertising, or any method to promote TCS online that could be considered underhanded or a nuisance to other Internet users. Any breach of these rules will result in the immediate removal of your account and you will forfeit any commissions earned.
