Repair.Guru is the online booking and quotation system for Truro Computer Services, TCS Newquay and The Aarc, we are a small Cornwall based local business offering professional and friendly repair services for a full range of devices including Desktops, Laptops, MacBooks, iMacs, Phones and Tablets. We are an official Apple Independent Repair Provider and can provide genuine Apple parts for out of warranty Apple repairs.
We do not sell parts, TCS Online is for booking repairs for drop off or mail in, all prices are fully inclusive of the part, fitting and VAT. All repairs, with the exception of liquid damage, come with a 6 month warranty.
In addition to our traditional drop in services TCS offers a UK wide mail in repair service, ideal for those in remote locations, those with mobility issues, those who have limited access to quality services or just those in more expensive areas.

Mail In Repairs
If you can’t get to us or aren’t local we offer a mail in service for most repairs. We can accept mail in repairs UK wide and there is a £12 charge to cover return shipping for most devices, £20 for desktops
