Due to the number of Samsung phones, the multiple variations and varying stock levels and prices with suppliers we quote for each repair on an individual basis.
To request a quote for a Samsung Charge Port Replacement please use the request a quote button, please provide the Model and if known the full model number, this can be found on a sticker on the back if it hasn’t been removed, in the ‘About’ section of the phones settings or on the box it came in. It will be a number that looks like SM-XXXF.
We will send you a fixed quote with a link you can use to complete your order, typically Samsung parts arrive with us in 1 to 2 business days and you will be notified when it is in stock ready for repair. We generally advise to allow around 2 hours for repair of drop in devices, mail in devices are typically turned around and despatched the same or next day after receipt.
If you require more than one repair (e.g. a screen and a battery) you can add multiple items to the quote basket, you will get a discounted quote for multiple repairs on the same device. Only send one device per quote, if you have multiple devices please request separate quote requests.
