Budget Apple screens are a low quality alternative to our premium aftermarket screens, they are the type of screen typically used by cheaper high street stores and people who advertise cheap repairs on FaceBook etc.
We would only recommend a budget screen if you are looking for a 'make do' repair so the phone works, whether that's to get the data off or just to keep it going for a bit and you aren't worried particularly about the display quality.
