If you are unsure what the issue is with your device you can drop it in or send it in for diagnostic, the diagnostic charge is credited against the cost of the repair if you go on to have the device fixed.
Once we have received your device it will be assessed and diagnosed and you will receive a quote for the required repair for approval before any work is undertaken.
