We do of course still take traditional walk in repairs in our Truro and Newquay stores, using our new online system however offers some new features and benefits to our customers for drop in repairs.
In stock repairs
We keep a range of stock items for standard repairs such as iPhone screens and batteries, SSD upgrades for computers and Macs, iPad screens, etc.
By using our online repair booking you can see whether the parts for your repair are in stock and available to book. When an online booking is received the stock is reserved for your repair and you will receive a confirmation email, there’s no need to book, you can drop your device in whenever we are open.
If you are looking to get a same day phone repair it is worth dropping us a message or giving us a call to confirm as on rare occasions there may be the odd day when a phone repairer in unavailable.
Special Order Repairs
We offer a range of standard repairs that are non stock items, this includes genuine Apple repairs where parts are ordered against your serial number, Samsung, Pixel and Huawei screens where the number of models and variations make it impractical to keep stock.
All special order parts require payment (or a deposit) before we order them in, our online repair booking makes it a quick simple process, as soon as the part comes in we will let you know it has arrived and you can drop your device off for repair. If you are looking to get a same day phone repair it is worth dropping us a message or giving us a call to confirm as on rare occasions there may be the odd day when a phone repairer in unavailable.
Special order parts come in two types, those with prices that can be immediately ordered from the website and those without a price that have a quote request button, if requesting a quote this will be emailed to you with a link that allows you to complete your purchase in the normal way. For repairs that aren’t listed please request a quote using the form on the right.
Expected delivery times for special order items can be found on the product descriptions but it is typically 1-2 business days for most items, 3-5 business days for genuine Apple parts and around 7 business days for Google Pixel parts.
